Mission in the Community

Consider whether one of the following ministries may be helpful for you, or if God might be calling you to reach out to our community by serving in one of the following ministries:

Christianity Explored

The Christianity Explored Course, a practical introduction or reintroduction to the Christian faith, is an opportunity to explore the claims of the Christian Faith in an informal, fun, and friendly environment. Christianity Explored guides each participant through an exploration of these questions: Who is Jesus?  Why did He come?  and What does it matter.  Questions about the next course? Contact Brently Jordan, 463-7303 or email

Mission in the Community through Compassion...

New Focus

New Focus is a ministry that uses spiritual principles as a foundation for teaching people how to effectively manage their income. It is designed to make a permanent impact in the lives of those who are on welfare or face financial struggles. Each gathering involves a meal, a lesson, and then each participant meets individually with a financial coach. Once you sign up for this class, you will meet every Monday for 12 weeks from 6-8pm.

To sign up or for more information, contact Tom Johnson (463-7303) or email
