Changes that Heal
Changes That Heal takes us step-by-step through the four basic tasks of becoming mature image bearers of God: bonding to others, separating from others, sorting out good and bad in ourselves and others, and becoming an adult. Each task is explained and problems are identified that result in failing to accomplish that task. We learn what changes to make in our lives in order to bring about healing.
Boundaries
Boundaries helps us learn about a simple concept that can change our lives…..healthy boundaries. It’s the ability to mark off your life in such a way that you multiply your love for other and minimize the problems you face. We read the book and watch a video each week and learn these skills together in a safe stress free environment.
